Update LinkedIn Links

This could be in more places, but the places I've seen are:

https://backdropcms.org/user-guide/roles-responsibilities-and-points-of-contact There is just mention of the LinkedIn Group but we should also mention the LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/backdrop-cms/

There is also the stay connected block:

This should probably link to the page rather than the group.

This will need repeating across the other sites (events/forum/docs/survey etc) that include a link to LinkedIn

@jenlampton @stpaultim @BWPanda I think, but could be wrong that you may have the access to do this. I believe its simply a matter of changing the link in the "On the Web" module config (admin/config/services/on_the_web) on each of the properties.

I've updated the other sites to use the new URL in the on the web block.

I'm updating b.org, but it needs a CSS change I think. Working on that now.

PR displays resource links as 'inline' so that the two LinkedIn links can be on the same line:

It also fixes an issue with Lando (which I came across while trying to build a local site to test/fix this issue).
