Drupal to Backdrop conversion matchmaking system - vetting criteria #977

In #974 where we talk about a system that can pass enquiries from potential clients to a list of developers, the issue was raised about the integrity of the list of developers with different views about whether or not the list should be vetted.

As a starter for 10, I believe the minimum criteria should be:

I am happy to invest some time in verifying this information.

We also need to fix #837 as for some, the list of projects is inaccurate through no fault of the user other than having a short github username that appears in lots of words that are used in the README files. DONE

In the profile, under "Ways in which I contribute to Backdrop CMS: ", this must be truthful and verifiable.

I love this. Once we know this tool is going to be useful, there's probably a way we could even automate these checks. But that's another follow-up issue for a later date. :)
