I started working on porting this about a year ago, but stalled a few months later. There are a number of issues around using entities that were particularly challenging at the time, including just getting them working in the install. If you are interested in jumping in and taking a look, I would love a second (or more) pair of eyes on this module. I do! BehavioralOS is currently a Drupal 7 site that utilizes the Quiz module. My goal is to port the module as part of the migration to Backdrop.
