Ability for people to bookmark a particular comment for later #12

As a forum user, I would like the ability to bookmark a particular comment so that I can return to it later. I may have the same problem more than once, and finding the solution should be easier for me the second time.

Technical specs: This could be done by using the "I found this useful" flag on comments to generate a view.

We have 'I found this helpful' buttons on each comment/reply, but I didn't see a place in my profile where these are collated for me... Perhaps we still need to build the view part?

I'd like to keep the I want to see this again list from the I'd like other people to know this answer was helpful list. I don't want people to stop marking answers as helpful to get them off their bookmark collection.
