Re-import all GitHub issues with new Markdown format. #143

If I copy/paste the contents of the github issue into a new node with the markdown format, it looks great: https://forum.backdropcms.org/features/flexible-layout-templates-allow-custom-id-rows

But changing the format on any existing node doesn't work, because of al the HTML that has already been added. We are going to need to re-import the github issues.

I've changed the feeds importer to "skip hash check" and only 6 of the most recent 100 issues were updated. I'll need to go through the other ~500 later and do the same thing.

I ran the importer again for all issues. We should be good to go now :)
