Adjust font sizes of Categories table #146

The Categories table on the forum homepage has some weird font sizing...

  1. The header uses different font sizes for different columns
  2. The linked name of each category is smaller than the description

I suggest some tweaks to fix these things and make them more consistent. Something like this perhaps:
