Search block needed #58

Per @stpaultim in the Forum:

I am looking for a search feature in forums so I can see if anyone has asked my question already, before I create a new question.

Am I just missing the "search" block or does it not exist?

I recommend adding the ability to "search" forum topics to help reduce duplication.

A search block has been added at the top right of most pages :)
