Notify about new user accounts #20

When people create a new account for the localization server, nobody gets notified.

While there are many potential spammers creating accounts, there were also a few legitimate account creations by people who wanted to provide translations, and nobody was informed about it.

We can configure a notification about new accounts using the Actions / Trigger module or Rules (both are available).

I'd suggest to wait with the notifications because there are quite many fake / spam users creating accounts, and I wouldn't enjoy to receive all these notifications.

Update 1: I've filed #21 to prevent fake accounts.
Update 2: I've deleted the existing fake accounts.
Update 3: Honeypot is installed, I think we're ready to Configure a notification now.

I've enabled the notification about new accounts. (We've had only one new account since the installation of Honeypot.)

Enabled Trigger module
admin/config/system/actions: Configured an advanced action "Send e-mail about new account to a site manager"
admin/structure/trigger/user => After creating a new user account: Selected the action "Send e-mail about new account to a site manager"

Currently, I'm the recipient of the notifications. We can change that at any time by changing the address in the action configuration.
