Install Token module #35

With #20 the translation server sends a notification about new user accounts, and in #25 I've added a text field to the registration form where people are asked to let us know why they create an account on localize.backdropcms.org.

Recently I've put a token in the mail template to display the text input in the notification email, but the value isn't shown there. I guess the reason is the missing Token module.

@jenlampton I've assigned this issue to you. Can you install the module?

After upgrading the Translation site to Backdrop (#45) we don't need the contrib Token module anymore. Token is in core, and the token in the notification mail is working.
