Link in documentation points to drupal.org and not docs.backdropcms.org #6291

Description

In the documentation for : -

https://docs.backdropcms.org/api/backdrop/core!includes!form.inc/group/form_api

The hyperlink on the text "Form API documentation section." points to Drupal... http://drupal.org/node/37775

Proposed solution

Update the link in the form.inc file to?

Can't find anything on the docs page... the page may need converting from the Drupal page and updating for Backdrop.

Label changed.

We don't have pages on docs.backdropcms.org that are equivalent to the D7 pages at https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/api/form-api (the destination of the link), but perhaps we should create them. The linked pages are relatively short, and we could drop the D(!=7) cruft on the Drupal pages (like https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/api/form-api/form-api-internal-workflow-illustration).

And then we can update the link in this issue.
