About the Role
As Senior Software Engineer, we are looking for a full-stack developer with preferably Microsoft expertise. Swiss Re is on an insurance mission to release innovations and digital transformation for our clients and this role will join a team to contribute and drive insurance business portfolio growth with digital solutions and services.
The role will be responsible to develop solutions in collaboration with teams allocated in Brazil (São Paulo and Londrina) and outside Brazil. Swiss Re hires professionals and we are on continuous improvement. Basing on agile framework we learn from our mistakes and build new ideas and improve our processes sprint by sprint. Together we enhance customer servicing and engagement through tech offerings.

The opportunity:
Design business needs into digital solutions and develop them into sustainable solutions and high-quality deliverables for the insurance market.
Build and maintain a trusted relationship with local and global teams, learning and sharing skills and knowledges of technical trends with the entire agile team.
Support the agile framework, spreading and making sure the agile process (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily's meeting, retrospective and sprint reviews) is running efficiently and improving the process continuously.
Supporting local and global teams for technical topics and managing all challenges in a common vision.
Local
Hybrid. 2-3 times per week in our office in São Paulo, at Av. Faria Lima.
About You
University degree (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar).
8+ years' experience as software developer or similar role.
Intermediate/Advanced English.
Good level of communication skills.
Flexible and open for new tasks, willing to learn continuously.
Technical experience with front-end and/or back-end development of a web application (.NET Core - C#, Azure DevOps, Web API's and SQL Server).
Desirable knowledge:
Design Patterns (Mediator) ORM (Dapper, Entity Framework or NHibernate) MVVM (Knockout, React, etc.) JQuery UI RabbitMQ
