This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a long-term, remote position that requires an overlap with our core working hours until 1 PM EST. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, with a particular emphasis on ReactJS for frontend work and either Ruby on Rails for backend development.

As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient web solutions. Your expertise in frontend-technologies, coupled with your solid backend skills, will be crucial in creating seamless, user-friendly applications.

Requisitos

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern frontend development practices
• Solid backend experience with either Ruby on Rails
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (verbal and written)
• Ability to work remotely and overlap with EST time zone until 1 PM daily
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database management
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Nice to Have

• Experience with Craft CMS
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Contributions to open-source projects
