Job description

Small description of the project

To work with a client which is a fintech company specialized in the music industry. It has a marketplace where intellectual property is bought and sold like any other asset. We provide them IT consulting, web development, and software development life cycle (SDLC) services.

We are looking for experienced backend engineers with a good understanding of software architecture and great communication/leadership skills. It is important for you know how evolve a system in order to meet its changing needs and environment.

You will be working along with an awesome team of 7 experienced developers from both Brazil and USA. All communication is in English.

Location

Remote work from anywhere in Brazil - Coworking Space in Florianopolis, SC.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience as a backend developer
• Knowing your way around Git (and the GitFlow)
• Responsibility, good communication, and proactiveness
• Being passionate about programming
• Ability to read, write, understand, and maintain a conversation in English

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a backend developer
• Experience as a technical leader
• Experience with Python and Django
• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed
