In your day-by-day, you will work with the product, design, and engineering teams to plan and implement new features, evolve software, and guide less-experienced developers. The team is Brazil and USA based, and all communication is in English.

Requisitos

About you

• Loves programming
• Communicates clearly and effectively
• Takes initiative in meetings directly with the client to talk and contribute where new features are discussed
• Is (at least partly) self-taught - learn by reading and from online materials
• Wants to grow as a technologist and knows that hard work is necessary to do so
• Can read, write, understand, and maintain a conversation in English (don’t worry if you’re not fluent, we’ll take you if you’re sort of OK but willing to learn)

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with API development, relational databases, and some DevOps
• Worked with Python, Typescript or similar interpreted languages
• Worked with C, C++, C#, Rust or similar compiled languages
• Worked with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs
• Experience writing automated tests

Preferred Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience as a back-end developer
• Significant experience with a major framework such as Django or ASP.NET Core
• Experience developing GraphQL APIs
• DevOps experience, including Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with functional, statically typed languages (Haskell, F#, OCaml)
