Turing.com is looking to hire a Back-end Developer on behalf of a fast-growing digital solutions company building a mobile-first, AI-powered digital bank. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating and conducting adequate quality plans, project plans, evaluation methods, and methods for development activities in collaboration with business and project management efforts. The company has built several products across multi-business lines like banking, payments, investments, and lending. They have successfully raised funding of more than $150mn in 4 rounds.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the team to write automation tests, understand requirements, and build solutions
• Consistently deliver scalable functionality and build continuous delivery pipelines
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic and functionalities
• Effectively collaborate with product teams and engineering professionals to meet product requirements and build innovative solutions

Job Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
• Must have experience with the Back-end web applications
• Must be familiar with Compsci fundamentals
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and Java is required
• Fintech experience is nice to have
• Familiarity with Kotlin is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and capable of multitasking
