Create a Project and Proceed Initial Setup.

The Project was created through Spring Initializr and contains the following Modules.

• Spring Boot Devtools : for Automatic Restart, LiveReload.
• Lombok : use Getter, Setter, toString, Builder with Annotations.
• Thymeleaf: Web Template Engine.
• Spring Data JPA: Object Relational Mapping Module.
• Spring Security: Provide Security Feature with Authentication-Authorization.
• ojdbc8: Oracle JDBC Driver.

DB Connection Information is hidden in separate .Properties file.
