DST file headers missing #17

write proper DST file headers. Currently the files generated do not work with zazzle.com

updated in https://github.com/backface/turtlestitch/commit/abcade9bd550c58051d258b1dd3d24fdd667414f writing all header fields but not yet all values. works with zazzle.com now however

All header set meanwhile. So it should work everywhere. Any other reports?
