saving #70

encountering an issue with saving projects, click save, the message "saving to cloud" comes up but then it just sits there. having this issue with a few accounts in my classes.

You mean it works with some accounts but not with others? Could you send me the output of a JavaScript Console (Press F12 or go to Developer tools - Console) when trying to save such a project? And some information on used browsers (and version)?

I think we have narrowed this down to a device, possibly browser issue, it seems to be happening on student chromebooks/laptops, but not on teacher machines. The same login & file will save without fail when pulled up on a teacher machine, but not on the student chromebook within the same class period. Both are using versions of Chrome, but is there a version that is preferred or needed?
