sync new blocks from Snap! (remove tools library) #87

The tools library was removed from Snap in version 5 and these blocks got incorporated into the main block sets. TurtleStitch still uses its own, older definitions.

As a quick fix, I re-added the tools library, but sources should be merged and the library properly removed.
