Add Composer File with all Theme and Module Dependencies #25

Just doing some testing and thought it would be cool if you could add a composer file to this theme with all of the theme and module dependencies.

I just ran composer require drupal/foundation_patterns and assumed the foundation theme along with the other modules would be installed.
