Re-Build Sub-Theme Based on More Recent Version of Foundation #3

The initial theme encounters errors building css due to the following issue: https://www.drupal.org/node/2859268

I've applied the more recent version of _settings.scss as a temporary fix, but I'd feel better about this if prior to release the theme was generated by a more recent version of zurb_foundation. Ideally alpha 3 if released, if not the latest dev will have to be used.

Alternatively, might want to look at the viability of not making this a sub-theme at all.
