[F-R] Bounty System - Pick a game on your friends' backlog for them to play #11

  1. Say I'm friends with Clearin on the site.
  2. I can look at their backlog, challenge them to play a game on their backlog that I like.
  3. They get a notification of a bounty, and can choose to accept or decline
  4. if they accept and beat the game, I get a notification, and they get a badge, "bounty hunter" or something
