Better tracking/removal of duplicates as they are flagged on IGDB #15

duplicates on IGDB are scrubbed of all data, renamed duplicate <original title>, and tagged with the keyword dupe. I'm not sure how this shows on the API but twitch seems to remove duplicates flagged on IGDB immediately.
