[F-R] Badge Page with Progression Bars #6

We know there's badges, but we only find out about them after we reach the milestone, or we see them from others' profiles,

Would be neat to have a page where we see what we've unlocked, and not, it can even not reveal what you need to achieve it, not hover text: https://i.imgur.com/BS1gaNh.png

So you see not just the badges you have, but also know that there's ones you're missing, which can be greyed out.

I helped work on an event tracking site for a cardgame called Netrunner. They had a link in the footer that showed all the badges. https://alwaysberunning.net/badges
