Must Refresh to Add Tickets to New Sprint #1078

In the Backlogs view for a project, a newly created sprint can't have tickets dragged into it. This is fixed if the page gets refreshed and any tickets may be dragged into the sprint as expected.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Backlogs view for a project
  2. Create a new sprint using the "New Sprint" link from the "Backlogs" pulldown menu
  3. Try to drag an existing issue into the newly added sprint

Dragging the issue into the new sprint fails, but after refreshing the page the same action succeeds.
