It would be great to have the functionality of the TimeTracker plugin to the time tracking fields on the storyboard.

I think you should describe the wanted behaviour a little better, so that the developers can understand the need more if you want this implemented. I gave up following your link. What exactly do you want to happen and where, should a clock start when you press what or...

The plugin do not work so you cannot see who it behaves in Redmine either.

I do not develop but I could not understand what you want, how should the developer then know.. Add fake pictures with buttons etc to show what you want and then the actual implementation might happen. If you leave the feature request like this I do not think it will happen.. Correct me if I am wrong....

I mean I cannot even figure out if I want the functionality myself in our company.

Best Regards Cecilia

The behaviour is exactly that. When you enter a ticket there's a couple of buttons near the link my account Selection_007 from there you can start/pause/stop a timer to log time, when you stop it you're redirect to update ticket with the spent time already filled

Have you tried to enable the "Timelog from taskboard" in the Backlogs settings? It's not as polished as the plugin you mention, but it adds possibility to add time entry when editing a task on the taskboard. Enabling the setting adds Time entry hours, Time entry date and Time entry comment to the task dialog. You have to type the hours manually though. Another detail is that developers-role will only be able to log time on his/her own account, whereas a manager can log time for others. It can be used to log missing time entries during stand up meeting.
