If you disagree, first, talk to the people who would complain about Voicy transcriptions taking up too much space if the vertical spacing is added. Some people want it one way, others another way. In such a situation I prefer a lower profile that will save space.
In case anyone makes the mistake of confusing the promo text with the transcription text, well, they do it only once — and never again. Otherwise, Voicy will always take up too much space.
Also see #84 (the It gives the impression that the audio says that, when in fact it does not. part). This is indeed something that has happened in group chat's I'm in before - people didn't understand that the message isn't actually part of what the person speaking said.
