Install and configure Emma plugin on CloudBees.

Partly done (see https://odata4j.ci.cloudbees.com/job/odata4j-ci/emma/).

Leftovers:
- Currently coverage is measured on project level only. Ideally it would also 
be measured for integration tests.
- Maybe it would make sense to configure an extra Jenkins job running Emma and 
schedule this job to run once a day - instead of measuring code coverage on 
each and every build.
