ENow that there is a First Public Working Draft of the RDFa API we can make the relevant changes to the RDFa module to bring it into line.

(There won't be much to do, since the RDFa API is modelled on the RDFa modules here.)

(We'll always link to the dated versions so that everyone is clear which features are being implemented.)
