Update emoji to have finer resolution #23

This changes the sparklines to round to the nearest 5% instead of the previous 10%. It also adds a script to generate the emoji. It would be nice to automate importing the emoji but the tools out there seem unreliable!

After a mysterious failure, Slekkel worked for bulk upload. It doesn’t replace existing emoji, so I had to manually update sb-10.
