Ft get crop parameters2 #60

@backspaces Here is a fairly straight forward function for calculating the tile clipping(getCropParameters), that seems to match those from the one that relies on the leaflet map.

Actually, when I scrolled to other areas of the map it seems to differ from the Leaflet function by quite a bit.
