Patch release of #24792, #24779, #24806 #24807

This release fixes the following issues:

Fix logger crash on logging because of cyclical structures in the meta fields.
Fix an issue with external config schemas in the app-backend plugin which was previously broken.
Fix issue where MUI v5 components would not properly receive a v5- class prefix.

Dumb question... how safe would it be to include the updated 0.3.67 plugin in a 1.26.5 backstage instance?

Is there a convention for picking plugin updates that are only in main back into older backstage deployments to pick up these "not backported to the older 1.yy.x branch" fixes?

@nickboldt should be pretty safe to be honest, but no promises. There is a process for backporting, but we take it on a case by case basis. Given that the migration from 1.26 -> 1.27 is fairly small we'd encourage to bump to latest rather than backporting a fix like this. Security vulnerabilities are a different story though, depending on severity as according to versioning policy
