🚀 Feature: Add TechDocs button to the Group profile page

We've got the TechDocs button on the catalog entity pages but we'd like to add it to the Group page as well.

🎤 Context

Our teams would like to maintain documentation pertaining to the team instead of keeping it somewhere else like Sharepoint.

✌️ Possible Implementation

Is there a way to customize our local instance to add it there without fully forking the EntityGroupProfileCard?

I'm on v1.18.3 but looked through all the later changelogs and it doesn't seem like this was added.
