Currently, the "Responsible" field while creating a project for Bazaar is free text. It would be nice if this was a user/group picker.

🎤 Context

Currently, the help text indicates that this is a person who is responsible so perhaps it makes sense to make a user picker for the "responsible" field?

This is a great idea. I'll start working on a solution and I'll aim to have a PR ready within 7 days.
