Currently we use this container for our backstage instance. One of the drawback we have is that there is support for only two plugins search and mono repo. With mono repo plugin, it currently doesn't allow us to refer to the mkdocs.yaml from different repos.

Do you have plans to support either 1>plugins such as mkdocs-multirepo-plugin 2>different repo's under mkdocs-monorepo-plugin

Hey there! We don't currently have plans to support mkdocs-multirepo-plugin in mkdocs-techdocs-core.

What you might want to do is create a custom image derived from @spotify/techdocs that installs any additional plugins you want to use, and then configure Backstage to use your custom image, rather than the default image.
