Using cakePHP 3.5.14 with PHP 7.2.3 in Ubuntu 18.04 on a PostgreSQL 10.3 Working for me now. Upgraded to cakePHP 3.6.2 and some minor errors appeared. theme() need to change to setTheme() instead. Auth not working properly as well.
