Last update to version of the underlying code in the C repo was this month (Sep 2022), last update to this repo was 13 months ago.
Perhaps all three repos (umash, umash-sys, and umash-rs) should be merged into one? GitHub Actions has good support for different workflows triggering based on which files/directories were modified, so it should be possible to have a single repo with automation for all three, and you won't need to do any extra work to keep them in sync.
