require cairo and bitstring (move to 3.0.0 with ppx)
use dune
change the directory structure (mlpost library in src, mlpost binary in tool, module Version in version)
remove many warnings

It was WIP ;) but nearly done I will finish it on master for examples, and installation not in opam.
