0. What version of Reaver are you using? (Only defects against the latest
version will be considered.)

1.4

1. What operating system are you using (Linux is the only supported OS)?

Ubuntu 9.04 on a Pwnplug device.

2. Is your wireless card in monitor mode (yes/no)?

yes

3. What is the signal strength of the Access Point you are trying to crack?

 -39

4. What is the manufacturer and model # of the device you are trying to
crack?

tried multiple all with same result this particular try was a netgear wndr3400

5. What is the entire command line string you are supplying to reaver?

reaver -i mon0 -b {bssid} -vv

i have also tried with --no-nacks and -A with aireplay-ng doing the fake auth,
this causes WPS transaction failed (code: 0x04), re-trying last pin

6. Please describe what you think the issue is.

This device is an ARM processor device, not sure if that has anything to do
with it. the aircrack suite works great.

7. Paste the output from Reaver below.

[+] Waiting for beacon from {BSSID}
[+] Switching mon0 to channel 6
[+] Associated with {BSSID} (ESSID: EDITED)
[+] Trying pin 12345670
[!] WARNING: Failed to associate with {BSSID} (ESSID: EDITED)
[+] Sending EAPOL START request
[+] Sending WSC NACK
[!] WPS transaction failed (code: 0x04), re-trying last pin

this is after an attempt with aireplay doing the authentication, before i tried
aireplay it was simply failing to associate at all.

The wireless adapter in use is an alfa awus036H with RTL8187 drivers

also of note, i tried the exact same command against the exact same AP using
the exact same adapter successfully, the only difference was it was from a
laptop running BT5 and not a pwnplug.

Can you successfully crack the WPS pin using Reaver v1.3? I used to be able to
crack all 3 of my routers using v1.3 now after upgrading to v.14, I get the
same issue as you..

unfortunately 1.3 does not appear to make a difference. Thanks for the
suggestion.

i recently tried running reaver from the pwnplug again and captured any traffic
using another device and it does not appear that ANY data is being transmitted
by reaver. I also ran reaver using a known working device and captured that
result to compare. It should also be noted that injection from aireplay-ng
appears to be working fine.
