Missing/awkward English descriptions for monsters #1

The following monsters have Japanese descriptions but do not have English ones:

The following monsters had English description but perhaps some editing is in order:

Also, additions and changes in 3.0.0's r_info.txt likely should be checked for missing/awkward English.

Progress on the ones called out in the original post has largely stalled since I don't know the source material (Magic the Gathering, manga, anime, ...), don't know Japanese, and Google Translate's result for the Japanese description didn't seem helpful as a starting point.

Based on the current state of the 3.0.0 version, these are the updates to the list of monsters that could use editing in their descriptions.

Have a description in Japanese but do not have one in English:

Have done a first pass for some of these (draugr, chaurus, some falmer, aqua illusions, Yu'uichi, elder elementals). The others still need work. Broke them into several separate issues to make it a bit more manageable. Closing this issue because of that.
