Fixes issue #20

Added responsiveness to the website using @media query and adjust some stylings to make sure that everything is responsive to every screen size.

Before:

Screen < 768px

After Screen < 768px

Btw I noticed that the readme seems lacking. e.g.

No contribution guidelines (how to setup the project). Planning to add new readme file for it or just add it in the readme
Add the tech stack in readme (if you want)
Contributors as well (if you want)
etc. (if you have any ideas then better)

Just enhancing the overall readme. What do you think about it?
