Request: Make the GUI resizeable. #75

It would be nice to be able to rescale the GUI.

For what it's worth there will be a stream of original Airwindows stuff that does not fit in Consolidated/airwin2rack, and will be unreasonably resizeable. It'll also lead to big problems that I won't bother fixing, and the folks from Surge who are in control of Consolidated do not like it when user input is able to totally screw up the plugin, they like it when the plugin stays 'good' no matter what you do with it.

As one of the devs of this project (dev of the DSP side and not the GUI side apart from providing the logo) I would suggest letting it stay non-resizeable. Consolidated/airwin2rack isn't designed to be resizeable, and it'd raise a lot of interesting but tough issues to add that. And I'll have stuff coming out that's designed to be resizeable, so there will be options, but I can't supply what Consolidated does (not in one lifetime! :D) so my counter-request is to go with its fixed-size form, or whatever workaround the Surge folks come up with if they think of one :)

I think 'rescale' and 'resize' are different too. 'resize' is quite hard but 'rescale' (like "make it 125% or 150% bigger") is pretty common.

But my guess is this request came in first when we didn't support HDPI properly, which we fixed since then!
