Naming project #6

We agreed on block settings is not a good name. I propose names PHP block meta or PHP block options.

This would reflect the three main points of a project - users use PHP, it is for blocks and it adds meta fields to blocks.

I think sorting the name issue soon would also help in development – think of namespaces, naming functions and similar.

Definitely open to renaming and will leave this issue open to collect more feedback before making a decision.
