MMD for T distribution issue (2 sample to 1 sample) #6
It may not be possible to reduce a 2 sample t-distribution down to a single difference distribution cleanly (specifically the N for each group cannot be reduced down to a single N when calculating the SEM of the (d) difference distribution. May need to have a separate MMD calculation for 1 sample and 2 sample MMD.
