@muppi1993 - this will probably help with our deployments etc. We should probably make a ticket to upgrade poppunk and make sure that everything works still

Currently uses the path docker2 because there is historical docker image material there that I now think is redundant/unused?
Pulls in the fix-json-serialisation branch which is unmerged
Was #208, but that used the wrong branch!
