Sometimes default model refinement limits are too strict for the best-fitting boundary to be identified - e.g.

Created new branch (d6b88ec) which, by default, explores the full range between the within-strain and between-strain means. For above dataset, now gives: example_fit_refined_fit Plotting is a little untidy but fit is fixed.
