Create UI for On-Screen buttons

Story: As a user, I should be able to see options of unit types to

Implementation: Create UI (no functionality) for buttons:

[ ] 3 buttons at bottom for sending out units
[ ] Move Define Target button to side for now (eventually Define Target button should go away as soon as it is defined)
[ ] Timer for Special Attack
[ ] Buttons on top for attacking Enemy Huts (unit types)
[ ] Text to display Doubloons
[ ] Text to display Tower Health
