If the card has a bonus - the backend will remember where the user liked the card. For example if they like the Southwest Plus Card at 50,000 it will save it at 50,000
Now whenever I update rewards - if they new reward is higher than the reward they liked AND we believe it to be a good deal it will autogenerate an email saying that now is a good time to apply - with the link to apply and some information about the card.
What happens if they like it at 50K and it is always 50K? If the bonus is a good deal and it is the highest we have seen and they liked it over 3 months ago - it will shoot them an email - saying "hey you liked this card... but you liked it at a great deal - it is still a great deal - apply now."
