node index.js wont run #2

i installed the npm for discord.js and when i run node index.js it keeps saying "Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier"

Well... before I probably help you out I want you to know a few things. Usage of this bot for actually generated alt accounts and distributing it is well again discord TOS and uhh you like get banned so don't do that. This bot was made for learning purposes and is public just for a reference if anyone wanted. Next up, if you haven't realized by now last update was 8th months ago. So bot code may be outdated and prolly not work and I don't really plan to rewrite the code at all really. I don't really use GitHub and moreover code at all I just get these notif's from a discord webhook that's all.

Ok now that that's said. coming to the real thing is that the only thing you receive in your console/terminal. Have you installed all required packages (it's not just discord.js). And lastly did you do everything written in README.MD.
