sales don't show up on the marketplace #14

After quite a few market deals today, my new sales just stopped appearing in the global list. In show all / most recent, for example, there are #227881 and #227883 but not my #227882. Canceling a sale and creating it again doesn't help, it still does not show up on the marketplace.

Did I perhaps just hit some limit on the number of market deals for a time period? What should I do then? I expanded the inventory to 44 slots, and I'd like to make full use of it.

8 hours passed, but my old and new sales don't appear. The higher number of market interactions was supposed to react on the market changes after an update. So to me it looks like a legitimate use case spoiled by anti-bot protection.
